Loyola Asian Pacific American Law Students Association

The Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) at Loyola University Chicago School of Law is a premier student organization dedicated to advancing the visibility and success of Asian Pacific American attorneys and judges within the legal profession. Founded in 1988, APALSA serves as a comprehensive resource for law students interested in exploring career pathways in the legal community while building meaningful professional connections throughout Chicago and beyond.

APALSA's primary programming includes the prestigious annual Career Development Forum, a collaborative event held in partnership with the Asian American Bar Association and the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. This signature event features panel discussions with experienced attorneys and judges, resume review sessions, and networking opportunities designed to equip students with practical career guidance.
